All phases of the project are controlled in compliance with design controls. - plan and manage a client’s entire project or assume responsibility for only a portion of the project. - provide an outside analysis of the resources needed for a project and provide realistic timing and resource planning.
These services are offered for new design efforts, as well as existing design efforts that need to be re-evaluated and brought back on track. Our services include project planning, specification generation, resource management and design history file creation. All phases of the project are controlled in compliance with design controls and include design reviews and management approvals with signoffs prior to moving onto the next step in the process.
