Experts in all types of plastic and metal molding and forming, including but not limited to: injection molding processes, rim molding, thermo forming, extrusion, die casting, investment casting, Knowledgeable in design using specialty processes such as dip-brazing and molds for custom glass parts. Extremely competent in the selection of materials. Able to create rapid prototypes, and help clients select turn-key assembly houses. We utilize Solid Works™ to create 3-D models and mechanical drawings. Our documentation packages are first class and include assembly drawings, component drawings, complete BOMs (Bills of Materials) as well as all the documentation needed for production, fabrication, assembly and inspection.
