It's what we do best... and we're very passionate about it....
We offer a full suite of engineering design services including industrial design, human factors, and mechanical, electrical and embedded solutions. We can create custom components and assemblies, or create products by identifying and integrating off-the-shelf components. Our previous designs have covered a full range of products from hand-held battery powered devices, electro-mechanical designs and surgical table accessories, to products utilizing custom glass vessels and lasers. We have developed Class I and Class II medical products as well as firefighting equipment and industrial metering devices. We have helped clients take a product from concept to production, including all regulatory and safety agency submissions including 510(k)s, UL, IEC and EMI/RFI testing.
We have also created custom test fixtures to provide functional testing of either a sub-assembly or final product. All of our designs are developed utilizing design control procedures whether they are for the medical market or the commercial market. This structured approach provides a well documented, verified and validated design that can be easily transferred into production. We can create custom sheet metal, plastic and extruded parts. We utilize Solid Works™ to create 3-D models and mechanical drawings. All parts are fully documented, tested and designed for ease of manufacturing and assembly.

We create custom analog and digital assemblies and have significant experience creating PIC and Motorola based embedded systems. We utilize ULTIUM Designer™ to design and develop PCBs. All designs are fully tested and documented.

We create custom embedded firmware utilizing Assembler or C and custom PC based solutions utilizing Lab View™ and Visual Basic™. All of our software is fully documented and tested utilizing design control compliant procedures.
